This exciting move was driven by the Finance Division’s commitment to our campus partners. Our goal was simple: to create a more efficient and accurate way for you to navigate our extensive library of nearly 1,400 articles.
Beyond improved searchability, the new Finance Division Service Portal also adheres to NC State’s branding and accessibility standards, powered by the robust ServiceNow platform. We believe this new portal will offer a more consistent and user-friendly experience for everyone.
