We are pleased to announce the release of the second guide in the Financials for Human Resource Professionals series: Payroll, Time and Labor. 

This program, a partnership between University Human Resources and the Finance Division,  equips NC State HR professionals with the knowledge to make informed decisions and better understand the financial implications of their daily work. While the first guide (released August 2025) covered Budget and Finance, this new resource dives into the critical financial aspects of workforce management.
