The Office of Investments (OOI) will soon begin its annual search for qualified candidates to join the NC State Investment Fund (NCSIF) Investment Committee.
Originally piloted in December 2023 under the guidance of the NCSIF Nominating Charter, this structured nominating procedure has now become a cornerstone of our annual operations. This cycle—held every year between April and June—allows us to receive, vet and consider recommendations from a diverse pool of talent.
Why It Matters
Committee members play a critical role in shaping the university’s financial future by overseeing asset allocation and investment policy. We are looking for individuals who combine deep professional investment expertise with a passion for the NC State mission.
How You Can Help
Think of colleagues, alumni or industry leaders with strong backgrounds in institutional investing, private equity or portfolio management.
- Review: Visit the Office of Investments website to review the current committee profiles and experience benchmarks.
- Nominate: Submit names via the online nomination form.
The 2027 Call for Nominations period runs from April 30 through June 30, 2026.
