Looking Ahead to September: Business Connections Returns!

After a productive summer break, the University Controller’s Office is gearing up for Business Connections meetings. Mark your calendars: our regular monthly meetings officially return next month on Thursday, September 10, at 10 a.m. 

As we prepare for Fiscal Year 2027, we want to ensure our agenda directly reflects the challenges, tools and insights that matter most to you. We are officially opening the floor for your input to help shape the upcoming year’s schedule.

Help Shape Our Agenda: Submit Topics or Present Your Work

Whether you have a specific process you’d like broken down, a policy change you need clarification on, or a project your team has successfully launched, we want to hear about it. There are two ways to get involved:

• Suggest a Topic: Let us know what subjects, tools or pain points you would like discussed or covered in our upcoming meetings.
• Present to the Group: If you or your team has a best practice, a system update or an upcoming event to share, we invite you to present to the Business Connections community. 

To suggest a topic or to present, submit a Meeting Presentation or Topic Request form.

Even during the final weeks of summer, important institutional updates, announcements and policy reminders continue to circulate via email.
