With the recent passing of the Spring billing due date (December 6) comes an influx of questions regarding billing, payments, and more. Student accounts representatives in the Cashier’s Office work diligently to help answer and troubleshoot any questions and concerns students or parents may have.
This hardworking team not only works with and assists current students but also ensures that all incoming students have the resources and the access they need to successfully cover their bills. With a ‘customer-first’ attitude, the team strives to be effective and clear in communicating billing concerns. Thorough knowledge of MyPack Portal is something they maintain in the student accounts team, as it makes troubleshooting questions easier.
The student accounts team also has a wonderful group of student workers that help to assist the representatives in their daily tasks. Coming in between classes or when they have free time, student workers make a wonderful addition to the Cashier’s Office.
