Orientation groups have been buzzing around campus this summer and stopping for brief informational sessions presented by the Student Services Center staff with support from the Student Accounts team.
During these presentations, incoming students and their families learn how to navigate the MyPack Portal, find and understand charges and bills, report scholarships and make payments. These informational sessions are our first step toward educating our incoming students and families on the processes and procedures in place regarding students’ accounts, which allows them to feel more comfortable making payments.
Over the course of the summer, we will hold a total of 62 information sessions, presenting to approximately 18,000 new students and family members. We look forward to continuing to meet and assist them as they get settled into their routines here at NC State.
