• 6/12: Public Surplus Sale
• 6/13: Biweekly 20252R26 Payroll – Campus Lockout
• 6/20: PCard Statement Due
• 6/23: A/R: All IDT Transactions are routed to the University Controller’s Office for final approval and are ready to post by 5 p.m.
• 6/24: Last Day to Reconcile PCard Statements
• 6/24: A/R: Final Service Unit Billing Submitted and Posted by 10 a.m.; Journals Correcting Equipment Transactions (55xxx GL Accounts) Routed and Approved by 5 p.m.
• 6/25: A/R: Last AP Check Writing for June Activity
• 6/26: Public Surplus Sale
• 6/30: A/R: Check Deposit Cutoff to University Controller’s Office by 9 a.m.
• 6/30: A/R: Deposit Cutoff for Check Deposits to the University Cashier’s Office by 11 a.m.
