As NC State kicks off the Fall 2025 semester, the University Cashier’s Office (UCO) has wrapped up one of its largest and busiest billing cycles of the academic year. This process ensures thousands of students and their families receive timely and accurate billing information as they prepare for the semester ahead.
For Fall 2025, the UCO billed 38,278 student accounts, with total charges exceeding $375 million. This includes charges ranging from tuition, fees, housing, dining, study abroad and other expenses. This represents a slight increase of about 3% in billed accounts compared to Fall 2024, reflecting the ongoing growth of the Wolfpack community. Nearly 100% of all bills were delivered electronically, demonstrating NC State’s ongoing commitment to digital efficiency and sustainability.
As the fall semester gets underway, the UCO remains focused on providing ongoing support to students, families and campus partners. This time of year is especially important for first-year students and their parents as they navigate the financial responsibilities of college life for the first time. With the help of our dedicated team and student workers, we’re here to assist the Wolfpack community throughout the semester and beyond.
