The University Cashier’s Office (UCO) recently launched a newly designed website aimed at making information easier to find and navigate. While the Student Services Center remains the main hub for student-facing tools like tuition and fees, billing, payments and refunds, the UCO website focuses on highlighting our services, resources and operational support geared toward campus staff and departmental needs.
The site’s homepage introduces our mission to support the NC State community in managing student accounts with ease and clarity. It also features our latest news, highlighting articles written by the UCO from the Finance Division newsletter to keep visitors informed on recent updates. The updated navigation menu provides targeted resources for students, employees and departments, making it easier for visitors to find what’s relevant to them.
In the For Employees and Departments page, we also incorporated several new features, including direct access to the Tuition Waiver Guide and Departmental Deposits Guide. Additionally, students with Perkins or Institutional Loans can now find detailed repayment guidance and support in our expanded Loan Repayment Resources section which includes information on billing through Educational Computer Systems Incorporated, contact details and tools for managing loan obligations after graduation or withdrawal.
As a service-driven office, we are always looking for ways to improve. We hope our refreshed website makes it easier for the NC State community to find the information they need, and we welcome feedback to help us continue improving!
